Use of a TBM2 with activated Service MAN Bridge, fitted as standard or retrofitted in accordance with MAN TI (provision not covered by the Service T&Cs)

Prerequisite: TBM2 with at least software version 3.2

For configuration of the data transfer cycle, vehicles must have wireless connectivity and have been successfully reconfigured. The radio connection can only be established when the ignition is switched on.

When using a TBM2: In order for the service to be operational, it is necessary for the vehicle to be contactable via a wireless connection for the requisite configuration. The radio connection can only be established when the ignition is switched on. The manual system switchover can take several working days.

The following shall also apply for vehicles with third-party hardware.

Vehicles with third-party hardware

The user has booked the respective service of the third-party provider and accepted its T&Cs.

The user has booked the Mixed Fleet Bridge.

To be able to use Geo, the work place must be equipped as follows:

  • Desktop computer (is not provided by RIO) with an up-to-date operating system and a modern web browser of the latest version.

Miscellaneous

The Geo service saves the data from the vehicle, starting from the last point at which the service was activated. If the service is deactivated in the meantime, the previously stored data will be retained for up to 25 months - new data in the course of the Geo service will not be generated and saved. Data will be saved again after Geo is activated again.
