The General Framework Conditions for platform usage (GTC) constitute a free-of-charge framework agreement between TB Digital Services GmbH and its user for the use of the RIO platform at start.rio.cloud. You will find the document below in the language of your country.
The contract for job processing governs the parties’ obligations in connection with the processing of the client’s personal data by the contractor within the scope of the General Framework Conditions for platform usage. You are required to sign and return the contract for job processing to TB Digital Services GmbH (see the contract for details).
In connection with usage of the RIO platform and possible services on this platform, we collect and process various items of personal data that are required in order to fulfil the stated purposes. In the data protection information, we inform you of which data is concerned, how it is processed and what rights you are entitled to in this regard.
The technical access requirements describe the necessary technical requirements for the use of the RIO platform, as well as for the utilisation of services on the RIO platform.
