Will Compliant be discontinued with the introduction of Compliant M?

No, Compliant will not be discontinued or terminated for existing bookings. However, it will no longer be possible to rebook the current Compliant product range from 17 October 2023. From then on, you can book Compliant M in the Marketplace.

Can Compliant still be booked from 17 October 2023?

No, Compliant can still be used for existing bookings, but not for new vehicles. If Compliant is terminated for a vehicle from 17 October 2023, only Compliant M can be booked at the new conditions (price and terms).

Does the remote download application (RDA) still work?

Yes, the RDA will continue to be used so that the downloads for Compliant and Compliant M bookings can work.

What do I need to do to be able to use Compliant M?

You book Compliant M via the RIO Marketplace. Further information on shipping of company cards is provided in the application after booking.
