This is where the support of MAN ServiceCare S comes into play: You and your MAN service outlet can keep an eye on the condition of your vehicles at all times. This means that maintenance appointments can be scheduled well in advance.

Your MAN service outlet will contact you if one of your vehicles requires maintenance and coordinate the workshop visit with you. MAN ServiceCare S allows you to see upcoming maintenance appointments, any components to be maintained and damage reports at any time. This also reduces the administrative expenses for fleet managers.

In the event of a breakdown, the nearest MAN service outlet can review relevant vehicle details. Necessary measures can thus be assessed at an early stage.

MAN ServiceCare S supports the maintenance planning for your MAN and NEOPLAN fleet.

You can keep an eye on their status at any time – and you will never miss a maintenance date. Scheduled downtimes can be planned in good time, thus ensuring more uptime.

In case of an acute need for maintenance, your MAN service outlet will contact you proactively, inform you about the vehicle components to be replaced or repaired, and plan the time spent at the workshop. An automatic notification function informs you by email about the components concerned and upcoming appointments. So you comply with important maintenance appointments and ensure reliable route planning.

Display of damage reports

If vehicle damages are documented in the MAN Driver App, the driver can also forward the information to MAN ServiceCare S on the RIO platform. The description of the defects and photos can be sent directly to the workshop. This ensures a complete documentation, and the workshop can hold the necessary spare parts on stock right in time.
